  • Kevin is Managing Partner at The Landau Group, with over 20 years as an attorney, advisor, and strategist. He leads TLG’s growth across corporate law, complex litigation, and business advisory services, serving Fortune 500 companies, startups, and investors.

    Kevin holds a JD from Wayne State University School of Law, an MBA from SC Johnson School of Business at Cornell University, and a Master’s in Public Policy Leadership from McCourt School of Policy at Georgetown University. Known for his tenacity and strategic insight, he also supports social justice through board work with the Chris Wilson Foundation.

  • Troy is Of Counsel at The Landau Group, with over 25 years of experience as a C-Suite executive specialising in M&A, corporate restructuring, finance, and real estate across industries including healthcare, hospitality, and e-commerce. He brings strategic insight and thoughtful leadership to solving complex business challenges.

    Troy is President and a Board Member at M11 Capital, a private investment firm, and previously served as Chief Legal Officer for Healthpeak Properties (NYSE: PEAK) and Deputy General Counsel for MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM). A former US Army officer, Troy holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a Master of Business Taxation from USC Marshall School of Business.

  • DPR is a seasoned attorney licensed in Florida and Texas, with extensive experience in administrative, appellate, business, environmental, and real estate law. He has represented clients in complex federal and state litigation, including ADA, FLSA, TCPA, and IP matters, and has advised on corporate, construction, and election law issues.

    A former entrepreneur, Mr. Reiner brings practical insight to legal strategy. He holds a JD from Texas Wesleyan (now Texas A&M) and a BA in History from Baylor University. He is admitted to practice before numerous state and federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court, and serves as president and counsel to multiple condominium associations.

  • Zach, Senior Associate, is a skilled litigator with a focus in employment, entertainment and commercial litigation. A graduate of Eastern Michigan University and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, he also studied alternative dispute resolution at the law Humboldt University of Berlin, located in Berlin, Germany.

    Zach has represented clients in dozens of complex cases in state and federal courts, achieving favorable outcomes with a meticulous and assertive approach. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to client success, Zach is a valuable asset to The Landau Group.

  • Julie is a versatile attorney with a strong transactional and litigation background. A graduate of Binghamton University and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, she also studied international business law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany. Prior to joining the firm, Julie has supported M&A, capital markets, and private equity transactions at an international law firm, worked in-house at various companies and as an associate at a national litigation law firm, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable David V. Calviello in the New Jersey Superior Court. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
